Check-in is guaranteed daily from 3.00PM. Before this time, you can leave your luggage in custody, register your documents and receive tourist information together with city maps.

Access to the room before 2 p.m. is subject to availability at the time; if the room is already available, arriving guests may take possession of it immediately. If, on the other hand, the room is vacant but waiting to be rearranged and sanitised, the reception staff will be at pains to arrange this or to find a new equivalent room that is already free.

Check-out time is 12PM at the latest. Should it be necessary to leave after this time, guests are requested to inform reception in advance.

In this case, there is the late check-out service, which, depending on the availability of the day, allows guests to leave their room later than the scheduled check-out time; this is a chargeable service that must be arranged in advance with reception.

The Executive Hotel has a three-storey covered garage, open 24 hours a day, where you can park your car at an extremely convenient price compared to the competition. We recommend that you inform us of your need for parking space when you make your reservation.

For a van to be parked in our garage, it must not exceed 2.20 metres in height and 5.60 metres in length. In the event that the van exceeds these dimensions, access to the ramps is not possible, but it can be left in the loading and unloading area of the hotel. We recommend that you advise us of the size of the van when making your reservation.

Inside our garage there are two Tesla car charging stations, available 24 hours a day for hotel guests only. The service is available by reservation for an extra charge.

You can park your car at the hotel garage before check-in provided you have a reservation for the same day at the Best Western Plus Executive in Turin.

A credit card is required to guarantee a reservation. No charge will be made unless otherwise agreed with the card owner. The hotel reserves the right to make a pre-authorisation equal to the amount of the first night as a guarantee; the pre-authorised amount will be deducted from the total amount of your stay or, alternatively, released in the event that you wish to settle your bill by another means of payment.

It is possible to use a prepaid credit card for the reservation provided that it allows the hotel to make a pre-authorisation equal to the amount of the first night as a guarantee.

The maximum number of people who can stay in our rooms is three in triple rooms, two in double rooms and one in single rooms.

In order to protect the safety of guests, the tranquillity of a peaceful stay and privacy, it is not possible to rent meeting rooms, common areas or rooms to organise private parties.

The use of photographs or videos depicting the hotel interior, name and/or possibly staff members or other guests is only permitted with the express written consent of the hotel and the persons filmed. Otherwise, the Executive Hotel reserves the right to protect its image and the privacy of its staff and guests through legal action.

All guests staying at the hotel must be over 18 years of age, with the exception of minors accompanied by relatives within the first degree.

Minors accompanied by their parents or relatives within the first degree of kin, and in possession of an identity document, may stay without special permission. Should a minor wish to stay at the hotel together with another person over the age of 18, who is not a member of his or her household, he or she must present the hotel with written permission, signed by his or her parents and accompanied by proof of identity and a contact person, before or during check-in. At the Executive Hotel we try to meet guests' requests with flexibility and punctuality. Changing the number of people in a room depends on the type of room: for example, if a double room has been booked, it is not possible to add a third person. In such a case, a room change must be made subject to the availability of the room with a difference charged.

You can change and add more nights to your stay directly at the reception desk subject to room availability on the days following your scheduled departure. Your presence in the hotel does not constitute any right of pre-emption or special pricing on the room on the days you wish to add

Our Executive Rooftop offers an oasis of relaxation and escape from the daily grind, thanks to its state-of-the-art solarium and refreshing Jacuzzi (with heating system for cooler days) with a 360° panoramic view of the city. Access to the Rooftop is only available to hotel guests in the warm season.

All the rooms in our hotel are designed to have as much natural light as possible from the large windows, while in the bathrooms, large, elegant showers have taken the place of bathtubs.

To ensure a healthy and odour-free stay, all rooms in the Executive Hotel are smoke-free. In the outdoor areas for the exclusive use of guests, such as the Executive Rooftop, you can smoke freely.

All our rooms are furnished with light-coloured parquet flooring that is completely hypoallergenic.

The Hotel Executive is located outside the ZTL area, less than 1 km from Turin's central railway station, Porta Nuova, and easily reachable by metro also from Porta Susa. It is easily reachable by car thanks to the A6 Torino-Savona motorway and the E70 European Road that connects some of the main European capitals.

The hotel is about 600 metres from Turin's main railway station, Porta Nuova, which can be reached on foot, by taxi or by metro. Porta Susa and Lingotto stations, the second and third stations respectively, can be reached in a very short time thanks to the underground line, less than 200 metres from the hotel.

The nearest hospital is the Mauriziano Umberto I hospital less than 1.5 KM away. Within a radius of 3 km from the hotel is the City of Health and Science of Turin, the largest health centre at national and European level, which includes the Molinette emergency room-hospital followed by the San Lazzaro dermatological hospital, the Sant'Anna obstetrical-gynaecological hospital and the Orthopaedic Trauma Centre (CTO).

Only 800 metres away, in the same neighbourhood as the hotel, San Salvario, is the Department of Pharmaceutical Science and Technology. On the opposite side, but still only 2 km from the hotel, you will find the Politecnico di Torino, a university pole of international importance, after a short walk. The seat of the main humanities studies, known as Palazzo Nuovo, on the other hand, is about 2.5 km away. Lastly, we would like to point out the Einaudi Campus, the seat of political and legal studies, which is located just 3 km from the hotel. All the indicated faculties can be reached by a single public line that stops in the vicinity of the hotel. [16].

In the event that it is communicated within the cancellation limits that it is impossible to reach the hotel on the day indicated in the booking, the booking will be changed in accordance with the conditions of the booking.

All reservations require a credit card as a guarantee but, with the exception of non-refundable, or not refundable, reservations, refundable rates do not include a pre-authorisation charge before check-in. However, the hotel reserves the right to make a pre-authorisation charge equal to the cost of the first night as a guarantee in the event of a late cancellation.

All bookings, whether made directly with the hotel or through intermediary sites, have a cancellation policy, i.e. a limit within which the booking can be cancelled or changed free of charge.

Each Best Western Rewards card is nominal and can only be used by the person who has signed up for it. This means that the person who wishes to obtain points and book benefits from the rewards programme must personally go to the hotel for the stay.

The timeliness with which the hotel is informed by phone or e-mail of the transport problem is crucial. In cases where a multi-night booking is not checked in on the date indicated as the start of the stay, the hotel is prepared to keep the room on stand-by until 11 a.m. the following day. After that time, if no communication has been received, the hotel will collect the penalty fee and cancel the reservation.
